NOR-STA User Group is free and open for all NOR-STA users. You can join the group, attend the meetings and get access to the group resources.
The main goal of the User Group is to share experiences and best practices of using assurance cases and the NOR-STA platform.
We meet online on the second Thursday of each month. We have a specific topic for our discussion for each meeting. You can actively participate, share your opinions and hear about experiences of other members. You can also present your ideas, your approach for assurance cases and propose topics for discussion.

The main topic of the meeting will be Context-aware assurance case templates.
Assurance cases can be developed manually, with the use of templates or generated automatically. Argument templates can be an effective solution when the tool allows users to control the process and also supports verification if they are applied in the right way. This approach can improve the assurance process when templates represent good practices and sound arguments schemas.
During the meeting we will discuss:
– The concept of context-aware argument templates and their use
– Change management in manual and template-based argument development
– Collecting good practices in template libraries
